Demonstrated expertise with Excel, PowerPoint and the Microsoft suite of products
Comfortable building models and working with complex data and data analysis tools
Strong communication skills for customer interviewing and client discussions
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or similar discipline from a top-tier undergraduate institution

Associate

At least 2 years of work experience that required strong “problem-solving” and analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership experience, with tangible results and impact
The demonstrated ability to complete high-quality analytic work, both independently and in teams
Strong communication skills and ability to make senior level client presentations
Bachelor’s in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or similar discipline from a top-tier school
An MBA or other advanced degree from a top-tier school desired but not required
Consulting or other professional services experience helpful, but not required

Engagement Manager

Five to 10 years of experience in consulting, sales, marketing or related field
Proven track record of leading successful strategic engagements and demonstrated ability to design and execute high-quality work, both independently and in teams
Strong communication skills and ability to make senior level client presentations
A bachelor’s in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or similar discipline from a top-tier school
An MBA or other advanced degree from a top-tier school desired but not required

Principal

Ten to 15 years of experience in consulting related to our industry focus and practice areas
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, engineering or similar discipline and an MBA or other advanced degree from a top-tier school
A proven record of delivering/managing successful consulting engagements related to revenue growth
A history of developing and sustaining client relationships
A demonstrated ability and desire to lead engagement teams and develop professional personnel
The ability to generate new knowledge capital which can be used to expand skills and facilitate new client engagements
Experience working in, and the desire to quickly learn, a variety of businesses and markets
A network of professional/personal associates, former clients, alumni, etc. for client development

Managing Director

A proven record in consulting at a top national/global consulting firm
Significant line leadership experience in a middle market company or a large corporation
Experience in client development
A history of developing and sustaining client relationships
A demonstrated ability and desire to lead project teams and develop professional personnel
The ability to develop new knowledge capital which is used to expand the skills of our professionals and for use in client development
Experience working in, and the desire to quickly learn, a variety of businesses and markets
A network of professional/personal associates, former clients, alumni, etc. for client development
